Homeowner's Insurance Discount

Save Money on your Homeowner's Insurance! Most insurance companies understand that a security system affords great protection to a home, and will therefore reward you with a discount on your homeowner.s insurance premiums after you have obtained a security system for your home. A large number of our customers have received a 20% reduction. To find out whether you qualify for a reduction in your homeowners insurance premiums, please fill out the Ownership Certificate that came with your alarm and send a copy to your insurance provider. If you have lost or misplaced your Ownership Certificate, please contact our office and one will be sent to you.

Free Move

It is very important to us that the possibility of a future move will not prevent you from enjoying all of the advantages that that our alarm system are uniquely capable of providing. To show our gratitude to our loyal customers who have been with our company for one year or more and then decide to move, we will install a brand new five (5) point security system customized to your new home completely free of charge as long as we provide services to the geographic area of your new residence. If you decide to move during the term of your alarm agreement and you have been a customer for one (1) year or more, all you need to do is to fill out the Free Move Certificate included in your alarm system packet and return it as instructed. If you have lost or misplaced your Free Move certificate, simply call our 24/7 Customer Service number to request that one be sent to you. Once we have received your Free Move Certificate we will send you a new monitoring agreement, of the same length and monitoring rate as your original agreement, to execute and return.

If you decide to move and have been a customer for less than one (1) year, then we offer the following three options:

1. You may have your system moved to your new home for a $99 fee and execute a new agreement of the same length and monitoring rate as your original agreement.
2. Encourage the new owner(s) of your home to take over your contract. They will need to meet our alarms credit standards and sign a new five (5) year agreement for monitoring service. Once they sign and return the agreement, you will no longer be responsible for the balance of your contract as it will be transferred to the new owners.
3. Pay the balance of your contract in full.

When you make the decision to become a member of the our family, you automatically receive our Lifetime Service Program at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. We will replace and/or repair your alarm system equipment free of charge any time your system requires service due to ordinary wear and tear. This free lifetime service promise lasts for the entire lifetime of your relationship with us. We provide all of our customers with this Lifetime Service Program to give you confidence in the reliability of your equipment, to reduce if not eliminate repair costs, and to give you enhanced long-term peace of mind.
